1. Are you Worcester Bosch accredited?
This is the first thing you should always ask a Worcester Bosch installer, as the brand only accepts the best engineers into their accreditation scheme. 2. Are you qualified to work on my specific boiler?
Not only have accredited installers gone through the relevant channels for Gas Safe, OFTEC and/or MCS approval, they also will have attended Logic certified training courses for various Worcester Bosch boilers, solar thermal systems, heat pumps and/or underfloor heating.
Although technically they should know their stuff, it’s still worthwhile checking that an engineer has the relevant qualifications to work on your specific boiler model and type – for instance, LPG boilers often require a separate qualification.
