John Carmichael
Having worked in the industry since 1980, John has over 30 years’ experience and knowledge fitting all types of boilers and central heating systems in domestic properties. His expertise lies in fault-finding, repairs and servicing.
Now, he’s passing on his knowledge to the younger generation, whilst keeping himself and his staff briefed and up-to-date on the latest Gas Safe and industry regulations. John is responsible for visiting customers, designing and planning how your central heating system and new boiler will work in your home.
John is fully qualified to work on gas analysis, cookers, boilers, fires, pipework and water heaters.
David Conquer
David has been fitting and servicing boilers since 2000, and has been with Superwarm for four years. A highly skilled and experienced engineer, he has a wealth of knowledge on the installation, repair and servicing of boilers, fires, cookers, unvented heating systems and LPG.
Now in a senior role, David is helping to advise a younger generation of engineers on the latest regulations, specifications and installation techniques. He’s responsible for company Gas Safe monitoring and managing other engineers.
David’s gas qualifications include gas analysis, cookers, boilers, fires, pipework, water heaters, meters and LPG systems.
Mark Hendrie
Mark first joined the industry in 2010, and has been with Superwarm for three and-a-half years, having started as an apprentice. He’s picked up a vast range of knowledge very quickly since the completing his apprenticeship, and is now an expert on combi boilers, sealed systems and unvented cylinders.
A lot of Mark’s work concentrates on building experience when it comes to fault finding and repairs on older central heating systems and boiler. He is qualified to work on gas analysis, cookers, boilers, fires, pipework and water heaters.
Ross Mailer
Ross is in his second year working for a specialist apprenticeship in domestic gas installation and servicing. Being an older apprentice with a high aptitude and grades, Ross is currently completing an intense course at Glasgow City college between working on numerous sites with other Superwarm engineers.
A fast learner, Ross has mastered the most important facts of the Superwarm values; respect for the customer’s home and and cleanliness and tidiness whilst working. He has completely his health and safety modules, and can competently work on his own fitting pipework and radiators.
Ross is expected to fully qualify in July 2018.
Monica Carmichael
Having been in the industry for eight years, Monica started working for Superwarm as a part-time office manager, but has been full-time with us for the past five years. Responsible for quotations, service booking, service contracts and invoicing, Monica has gained a vast array of knowledge on our customers’ needs.
She has also gained a lot of expertise on the different types of systems and boilers currently in use, and is able to help advise our customers on quick fix solutions and remedies for boiler problems before booking an engineer.
