					<description><![CDATA[My combined is 7 years old,but now it is sending low frequency noise through all the walls ceilings and floor in my flat,and also the other 3 flats adjoing mine,as its a rental,it gets the gas safety certificate ,and it passed 3 weeks ago,the engineer said it was fine,but my neighbours have said they are going to the environment office as they carnt sleep,what do you think is the problem,thanks brian]]></description>
